Shipping policy

Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail order confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will send a second email shipping confirmation with tracking information. 

Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.

All order placed by 4pm EST, Monday through Friday will ship same day. Orders placed after 4pm will be shipped the following business day. 

We observe most Federal and Provincial holidays across Canada, in the event of a holiday, dispatch and delivery may be delayed.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes

The estimated arrival date is not a guarantee of when the package will be delivered.

Damages

Maxwell is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim

Domestic

  • We offer free Standard Ground delivery when order is over $150 before tax.
  • Most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days depending on your location and carrier.

    We make every attempt to validate the shipping address provided at checkout to ensure it’s recognized as a valid address by our carrier. If we cannot validate the address, we will try to contact the customer to provide an updated address. If we cannot update the address, the order will be canceled and refunded.

    Maxwell will not be held responsible if the customer provides the wrong shipping address and we cannot recover the package.

    We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.
